PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal and a method for recording activities for disease management, which is capable of recording administration information and a record of activities such as meals and exercises associated with a disease on a regular and ongoing basis.SOLUTION: An activity recording terminal for disease control includes: a control unit 300 which computes priority of activity event candidates associated with a disease based on time information, location information, and an activity record and generates a recommendation list that includes activity event candidates on the basis of the priority; and a display unit 400 which displays the recommendation list such that the activity event candidates can be selected. The control unit 300 stores time information, location information, and one of the activity event candidates included in the recommendation list in a storage unit 500 as an activity record on the basis of the selection by the user. When selection by the user is not detected for a certain period after the recommendation list is displayed by the display unit 400, the control unit 300 stores the time information and the location information in the storage unit 500 as an activity record. |
