PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light distribution control device for execution proper light distribution of head lamps to both a pedestrian and a driver.SOLUTION: The light distribution control device includes pedestrian detection means 21 for detecting pedestrians in a prescribed area in front of a vehicle 10 on the basis of a picked-up image by an infrared camera 2, determination means 23 for determining whether the driver recognizes the pedestrians in the prescribed area when the pedestrian detection means 21 detects the pedestrians in the prescribed area on the basis of the presence/absence of sufficiency of a prescribed condition, and irradiation control means 24 for making the head lamps emit light to the pedestrians with light distribution without irradiation limit until the determination means 23 determines that the driver recognizes the pedestrians in the prescribed area, and making the head lamps emit light to a body part including at least eyes of the pedestrians with light distribution with irradiation limit after the determination means 23 determines that the driver recognizes the pedestrians in the prescribed area. |
