PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can suppress power consumption as much as possible in performing data measurement concerning a user.SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus (portable phone 1, for example) which is used for a phone call, comprises: a sensor for detecting a substance included in a gas; and a controller for activating the sensor when the apparatus is executing a phone call function. For example, the portable phone 1 activates a smell sensor 7 when a phone call application 9B is being executed. On the other hand, the portable phone 1 deactivates the smell sensor 7 when the phone application 9B is stopped. |
