PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for reducing indoor radiation dose in a situation where outdoor decontamination cannot be much expected against radiation contamination, and to provide not only functional improvement in radiation dose reduction but also how to achieve low cost for many disaster victims.SOLUTION: A radiation dose reducing panel device is provided at low cost as means for protecting ourselves from radiation contamination, while having a feeling of "I protect my life by myself" and not only questing for visual qualities or conveniences.
