PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation membrane useful for the selective separation of liquid mixtures, and having small distribution in salt prevention rate performance, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The difference between maximum and minimum values in salt prevention rate at the positions of six points randomly selected from 1 mof a separation membrane falls within 0.5%.
