An article and related method to train a reflexive action, including helping a person fall to sleep. The article includes an electronic component configured to receive electrical signals, including electrical signals associated with the generation of sounds and/or motion, and a generator for emitting selectable sounds and/or causing motion when sufficient pressure is applied to the article. The article includes different types of pressure sensors. The method includes the steps of programming the processor to generate sounds of selectable type for selectable periods of time that encourage a person to carry out a desired behavior, such as keeping the person's head on a pillow. |
