The fixing leg (60) is obtained by integrally forming, by draw processing, a motor mounting part (240), a small-width side leg part (250), and a large-width side leg part (270) along the longitudinal direction. The small-width side leg part (250) formed near the motor mounting part (240) to which the motor (70) is mounted and the large-width side leg part (270) formed near the small-width side leg part (250) are symmetrical about the motor mounting part (240). The widthwise distance of the large-width side leg part (270) is greater than the widthwise distance of the small-width side leg part (250).
