<p>Provided is an automobile hood that can improve freedom in setting the energy absorption of the hood. The automobile hood is characterized in that: an inner panel (23) is provided with a first protruding section (231) with a trapezoidal cross-section that is convex toward the upward side of the vehicle, formed from a first bent section (R1) that forms a valley shape in the upward direction of the vehicle, a second bent section (R2) that forms a ridge line shape in the upward direction of the vehicle, a third bent section (R3) that forms a ridge line shape in the upward direction of the vehicle, and a fourth bent section (R4) that forms a valley shape in the upward direction of the vehicle, in order from the front of the vehicle; a front connecting section (31) and a rear connecting section (32) are provided as sections joining a reinforcement (24) and the inner panel (23); and the reinforcement (24) is provided with a fifth bent section (R5), between the second bent section (R2) and the third bent section (R3) in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, where the reinforcement that rises in the rearward and upward direction of the vehicle from the front connecting section (31) is bent in the rearward direction of the vehicle at a position proximate to or in contact with an outer panel (22), thereby forming a ridge line shape in the upward direction of the vehicle.</p> |
