PURPOSE: A pore multi-layer film and a method thereof are provided to reinforce heat resistance and intensity of porous polyethylene films or polypropylene films by including porous polyamide-imide layer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a pore multi-layer film comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixed solution which includes polyamide-imide varnish, isocyanate compounds, and foaming body; coating the mixed solution on single-side or both sides of a porous polyethylene film or a porous polypropylene film; drying and heat-treating the mixed solution which is coated on the film; reactive solidifying isocyanate group with terminal part of non-reactive anhydride or terminal part of non-reactive carboxyl; and forming porous polyamide-imide layer by bubbles followed by carbon dioxide generation. The polyamide-imide varnish comprises terminal part of the non-reactive anhydride or terminal part of the non-reactive carboxyl. |
