PURPOSE: A transparent conductive graphene film with improved conductivity by a metal oxide is provided to spread the metal oxide on an upper layer, thereby increasing the conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive graphene layer (400) is formed on the upper side of a substrate (300). A metal oxide sol solution is spread on the upper side of the transparent conductive graphene layer. The transparent conductive graphene layer is solidified by a spread operation. A metal oxide layer (500) is formed by a solidification operation. The metal oxide layer improves the conductivity of the transparent conductive graphene layer. |
