PURPOSE: CD7-BPB specifically binding to CD7 is provided to express very low level of Kd value to show high affinity in a target and to be conveniently used on CD7 surface expressing cell targeting. CONSTITUTION: The cluster differentiation (CD7) specific bipodal peptide binder (BPB) has the amino acid sequence of the first sequence list. On the liposome, the CD7 specific BPB is combined on the surface. The liposome targets a cell surface expressing CD7. The liposome is encapsulated the chemical medicine, protein, peptide, or nucleotide molecule as a cargo inside. The CD7 surface expressing cell is Thymusdependentlymphocyte. |
