<p>PURPOSE: A high refractive thin film using tin oxide sol and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply the same to an electric, electronic, or optically functional film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high refractive thin film using tin oxide sol includes: a step of manufacturing a colloidal tin oxide nano-sol with stirring solvent to which a tin precursor added; a step of replacing the solvent in the tin oxide nano-sol with an organic solvent, or concentrating the solvent; a step of surface-treating the tin oxide nano-sol with adding functional silane to the tin oxide nano-sol; a step of manufacturing a tin oxide nano-sol coating solution for coating with stirring the surface-treated tin oxide nano-sol to which one of the functional silane, a silicon compound, or a functional organic polymer is added; and a step of manufacturing a high refractive titania thin film with drying the tin oxide nano-sol coating solution wet-coated on the upper layer of a substrate.
