Ball joint with built-in elastic connection, particularly for motor vehicle steering mechanisms, which joint includes a spherical ball 10 equipped with a shank 11 mounted so that it can pivot in a casing 12 through the use of a bearing 14 bearing on the said ball, and a connection formed by an elastic bushing 21 characterised in that the elastic bushing 21 is located outside the bearing 14 in contact with an internal wall of the casing 12 and in that the said bearing 14 is adjacent to an abutment element 25 of which an axial extension 26, which borders the bearing, has a separation with respect to a rigid wall of the casing. <IMAGE> |
