Disclosed is a hydrodynamic bearing assembly comprising: a shaft; a sleeve separated from the shaft at a predetermined interval to form a bearing gap; and a strut member installed in the shaft. A dynamic groove is formed on one among the shaft, the sleeve, and the thrust member to generate hydrodynamic pressure using lubricating fluid charged in the bearing gap. A pressure drop preventing groove for preventing the pressure drop caused in the inflow of the lubricating fluid is formed in one side of a part where the lubricating fluid is introduced into the dynamic groove.
