An embodiment of the present invention provides a display device comprising; a display panel including a sub-pixel formed on a display area; a gate driving part which is formed on a non-display area of the display panel and supplies a gate signal to the sub-pixel; a threshold voltage sensing part formed on the display panel; and a threshold voltage compensating part which supplies a constant current to the threshold voltage sensing part and compensates a threshold voltage of an oxide thin film transistor included at least one of the sub-pixel and the gate driving part based on the change of voltage. The threshold voltage compensating part comprises; a sensing transistor which senses the movement of the threshold voltage in response to the constant current inputted through a current pass; a diode pass transistor which wires drain and gate electrodes of the sensing transistor and forms it as a diode connection state; and a gate control transistor which forms a temperature stress in the sensing transistor.
