<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun tracking type solar energy receiving body device of good cost performance enhanced in quality and performance with a high practical value. <P>SOLUTION: The solar energy receiving body device is formed as a three-point support device by obliquely installing a solar panel rotation body, installing two separate lower parts with wheels or the like while setting an upper part as the rotational center, and moving one side in an azimuth displaceable manner by a sun tracking command part (an electronic circuit or a CPU) with respect to an installation surface by a sun tracking drive unit. Stable horizontal turning can thereby be attained regardless of during movement or stop. Further, since the upper part is rotatably supported by a shaft tower, its outside is open to facilitate assembly and maintenance and inspection. Since the lower parts located at the opposite extremes of the panel rotational center are driven, driving with small power can be attained. A hot water storage tank is fixedly provided while maintaining this basic structure. An elevation angle displaceable state is obtained, and an automatic handle is attached.
