摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction method of an excess sludge amount which has a high effect of suppressing the generation of sludge in a bioreactor in an effluent treatment facility utilizing organisms, and also can be introduced into a coexistent effluent treatment at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: An activated sludge material showing a kinase enzymatic specific activity of 150[Units/g-MLSS] or more and a pectinase enzymatic specific activity of 120[Units/g-MLSS] or more is fed into a bioreactor in an effluent treatment facility in which excess sludge is generated. Preferably, an activated sludge material showing a kinase enzymatic specific activity of 150[Units/g-MLSS] or more, a pectinase enzymatic specific activity of 120[Units/g-MLSS] or more and a protease enzymatic specific activity of 3[Units/g-MLSS] or more or/and a cellulase enzyme activity of 100[Units/L] or more is fed therein. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
