发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARING COATING FILM CONTAINING NITROGEN MONOXIDE USING CATECHOLAMINES IN THE SURFACE OF MATERIALS
摘要 The present invention relates to a method for coating surfaces of various in vivo inserts with nitrogen monoxide released under control using catecholamine, and more particularly, to a technique for forming a coating film having a diazeniumdiolate functional group on the surface of a material using catecholamine. The present invention can provide a technique for preparing a thin coating film, capable of controlling the release of nitrogen monoxide on surfaces of various materials, and the technique is characterized by being economical due to a simple process and low costs. Further, the coating film formed by the method of the present invention can stably supply nitrogen monoxide in the in vivo environment, and is suitable to the application to the living body due to the absence of cytotoxicity. Therefore, according to the present invention, the material having a coating film formed on the surface thereof, especially, the in vivo insert is useful for medical and health purposes, including treatment of ischemic disorders such as atherosclerosis, erection control, antibiotic treatment, antiviral treatment, and wound healing, by controlling the release of nitrogen monoxide.
