The present invention relates to a system and a method of registering an herbal medicine prescription for group decocting, which are for the purpose of providing: a standard enabling efficient registration of requirements for compounding herbal medicines in an oriental medical clinic, an oriental medicine pharmacy, and other clients requiring for compounding herbal medicines (hereinafter the clients); a standard giving information for compounding herbal medicines in group decocting without mistakes; and a reasonable costing capable of building mutual trust. The system and the method of registering an herbal medicine prescription for group decocting provide: a way of reducing time for registering a prescription for convenience in prescription registration by selecting a repetitive prescription; a way of enabling high-level customer management by applying a customized unit price to each client through adoption of herb unit price method; a way of enabling correct cost management through herb classification (standard herbs, agricultural products, and additives); a way of specifying a work scope of group decocting service through a selection of dosage form (decoction, pill, granula, etc.); a way of making medicinally effective herb medicine by applying a herbal medicine making method (early brewing, late boiling, tincture, cloth-wrapping brewing, separate brewing, etc.) according to a herb; and a way of inputting packaging and taking methods, and delivery information together at once. According to the present invention, it is possible to quickly and efficiently register a prescription without an advance review, apply a reasonable unit price, make a highly effective herbal medicine, provide a correct medicine taking method, and manage delivery.
