A method for fabricating liquid crystal display device is provided to improve aperture ratio, and improve response rate by reducing channel region. A method for fabricating liquid crystal display device comprises following steps. Aligning electrodes for forming nano wire semiconductor layer are formed on a substrate(10). Nano wire dispersing solution is coated. The nano wire semiconductor layer is formed by forming electric field between aligning electrodes. A photoresist pattern is formed selectively on the substrate. The substrate is etched. |
