PURPOSE: A DNA aptamer which specifically binds to human cardiac troponin I and a composition containing the same are provided to ensure excellent specificity and stability and to early diagnose acute cardiovascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A DNA aptamer specifically binds to human cardiac troponin I and contains one base among sequence numbers 1-6. A composition for diagnosing acute cardiovascular diseases contains the DNA aptamer. The composition additionally contains pharmacologically or physiologically acceptable carrier, excipient, and diluents. A kit for diagnosing acute cardiovascular diseases contains the DNA aptamer. |
