The present invention relates to a soil crushing device and a soil crushing method. The soil crushing device comprises a support connected to construction machinery; a rod mounted on the support and formed lengthwise in one direction to be penetrated into the ground and taken out from the ground; and a crushing blade protruding from the outer circumference of the rod to crush the soil of the ground when being penetrated into or taken out from the ground. According to this, the underground drainage and decontamination of reclaimed land are improved. |
