A vehicle and a control method for a vehicle which makes a driver secure sight after parking by tracking a position of the driver outside of a vehicle and lighting the driver with lights of a headlamp are provided. For the same, a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a swivel actuator horizontally rotating a headlamp; a levelling actuator vertically rotating the headlamp; a position sensing unit sensing a position of a driver outside of a vehicle with signals of a signal generating unit which the driver carries; and a controller controlling the swivel actuator and the levelling actuator to make the headlamp emit lights to the driver by tracking the position of the driver sensed by the position sensing unit. Furthermore, a control method for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first step of sensing the position of the driver outside of a vehicle; and a second step of vertically and horizontally rotating the headlamp to track the position of the driver and to light the driver with the lights of the headlamp.
