<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the work to adjust a current value flowing through a superconducting coil to a desired current value. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage control circuit 25 controls a transistor 22 so that an output voltage value of the transistor 22 becomes +3 V as compared with a voltage value set by a reference voltage value setter 28. A diode line 24 steps down +3 V which is the output voltage value of the transistor 22 by 6 V.
