PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, since an input tube is installed as a shooter between an index table and a rocking tube, and an electronic component is sent into the rocking tube through the input tube under high pressure air, there is a risk of damaging the electronic component, and sending control at high speed is difficult. SOLUTION: The shooter is a turntable 20 formed of four arms having respectively a vacuum chuck head 24 for chucking the electronic component, and having a crossed arm shape sent intermittently on the horizontal surface. Sending stations b1, b2 for sending the electronic component into the rocking tube 30 are set on the right and left sides of a supply station a of the crossed arm 20, and a combination of the rocking tube 30, a distribution board 40 and a driving means 50 is provided on each sending station. The crossed arm is sent intermittently to some direction corresponding to inspection results of the electronic component, and the electronic component is sent into a distribution hole 40a of the distribution board corresponding to the inspection results through the rocking tube in the sending station and then sorted.
