The manual device transmits a force put on a hand knob directly to the accelerator and brake pedal in stepless transmission automobile, especially used for the physically handcapped. The device comprises a fixed tube (5) having supports (2,3,4), a bearing inserted into the support (3) with a connection bolt (9), a clamp plate fixed to one end of the connection bolt, a fixing device (17) for assemblying the clamp plate on a steering wheel with a pushv member (11), a special-shaped bolt (12) and a nut (13), a brake actuating tube connected to the support (4) with a ball joint (15), an accelerator actuating tube (18) connected to the support (2) with a ball joint (7), and a movable rod (19) inserted into the brake actuating tube.
