PURPOSE: A data multiplexing method for supporting bandwidth extension and an apparatus thereof are provided to release the allocated resource and multiplex data without the waste of the allocated resource. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(410) receives information for a specific service including a radio bearer list transmitted from a base station through the resources allocated according to the uplink resource allocation information about a service specific identifier. The wireless communication unit transmits multiplexed data multiplexed to the base station. A controller(420) multiplexes data on the radio bearer list. A storage(430) stores data of the radio bearer except data of the radio bearer list. |
