An optical characteristic measurement equipment for an LC panel is provided to control a cell gap easily and exactly by using a cell gap controller, thereby exactly analyzing optical characteristics of the LC panel. An LC(Liquid Crystal) panel(110) includes a first substrate(111), a second substrate(112) and LC(113). The second substrate faces the first substrate. The LC is interposed between the first and second substrates. An incident light source(120) irradiates light to the LC panel. A detector(130) detects the light irradiated to the LC panel. A cell cap controller(150) injects the LC between the first and second substrates, and controls a distance between the first and second substrates. |
