The present invention relates to a sky walking exercising machine comprising a support unit (100) in the shape of "��; a swing unit (200) formed symmetrically with respect to the support unit (100) and having a horizontal foothold (260) connected to the bottom thereof to enable a user to conduct walking motion back and forth with the feet of the user on the horizontal foothold (260) and swing the horizontal foothold (260) from side to side; a controller (300) connected to the top of the support unit (100); and a handle (400) in the shape of "⊃" connected to the top of the support unit (100) at both sides of the controller (300) to enable the user to poise. The present invention enables the user to conduct multipurpose exercise capable of training multiple parts instead of a specific part because the present invention enables the user to train a waist as well as a lower boy owing to sky walking exercise. The present invention reduces installation and maintenance costs because one exercising machine enables the user to conduct walking and waist exercise. The present invention prevents boredom by being simply modified into a training machine for walking or waist training as the user likes. The present invention contributes to the health of people by generating improved exercise effects and interest because of the variety of exercise. |
