The present invention provides a sealed heating unit with a heating film for a wet construction, capable of preventing the degradation of the surface smoothness of concrete due to an air layer after a concrete casting process by maintaining a vacuum state in the sealed heating unit. The sealed heating unit includes the heating film which generates heat by including carbon elements when a current flows, a waterproof protection layer which seals the edges of the heating film with a preset thickness by a high or low frequency process, and at least one air discharge unit which is formed on one side of the waterproof protection layer and connects the inside to the outside of the waterproof protection layer. |
