<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for a medical device and a medical treatment tool, restraining deterioration of treatment performance due to sticking and fixing of biological tissue even in simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: As an electrode part 1 of a high-frequency knife 10, the electrode part 1 is abutted to a body to be treated to apply high-frequency voltage to the body, thereby treating the body to be treated.
