The drive arrangement is for a four wheel drive vehicle. It is esp. for a farm tractor (1) having a permanent drive for the rear wheels and a drive train branching from the rear wheel drive which can engage the front wheels (11). Engagement takes place if the circumferential speed of the rear wheels exceeds or equals that of the front wheels, and the front wheels are driven by a cross-linkage (13) formed integrally with the front axle. USE/ADVANTAGE - Homokinetic double linkage which gives improved traction and directional stability.
