Provided are an adhesive polyurethane foam dressing material and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the material comprises polyurethane foam, a release film, and an adhesive film located by being interposed between the polyurethane foam and the release film, and can show remarkably improved exudation absorption power from an affected area as well as excellent adhesive power for the skin.
