A user terminal including a smart banking application receiving user input for displaying information about a smart banking account of a user by downloading it and uploading/deleting/modifying/inputting the information and a smart banking server managing the smart banking account composed of expenditure items and a single free banking item having a balance respectively, deleting, changing, and generating the expenditure items according to the user input, and distributing the total balance of the smart banking account to the expenditure items and the free banking item are included. The free banking item performs a banking service according to the user input, and the expenditure items do not perform the banking service but include one or more items which the user wants. The free banking item and the expenditure items transfer each balance to each other. When the user withdraws the balance of the expenditure items, the balance is transferred to the free banking item.
