The present invention is to reduce installation time, the cost and the time required for a replacement process. A distribution line is easily installed in an insulator by using a first rotation support piece and a second rotation support piece which are separated or combined from/with each other by each rotation in an opposition direction. The distribution line is easily separated from the insulator in the maintenance process of the distribution wire. |
