The present invention relates to a nozzle for a plasma torch and a plasma torch with the nozzle capable of increasing a collected amount of cooling water (Refrigerant) and cooling efficiency by increasing contact area and reducing the flow velocity resistance of the circulating cooling water (Refrigerant). The present invention comprises: a first body part (51) which are formed into the shape of a hollow cone, but the internal space has the narrow top and the wide bottom so as to spray plasma gas at high pressures, and which has multiple guide parts (51a) inclined along the circumference surface at the constant angle (α); a second body part (52) which are formed into the shape of a hollow cone and are separately coupled to the top of the first body part (51) by an insulation body (54), and which has multiple shield gas inlets (52a) formed along the circumference so as to introduce shield gas through the separated gap; and the insulation body (53) installed between the first body part (51) and the second body part (52) to insulate therebetween. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the nozzle for a plasma torch can increase the collected amount of the cooling water (Refrigerant) by reducing the flow velocity resistance through the circulating rotation force of the cooling water (Refrigerant) since the cooling water (Refrigerant) obliquely passes while spirally generating vortex using the guide parts formed on the outer surface of a nozzle member at the inclined angle (α) of 105°. Also, the present invention can extend the life of the nozzle member, which is consumable, since the cooling efficiency is maximized through rapid heat exchange by increasing the contact area with the cooling water (Refrigerant), thereby preventing problems on increased costs and decreased work efficiency caused by frequent replacement. |
