The separator element (12) cooperates with dissipator elements (14 and/or 15, and/or 25), and also cooperates with a support element (22, 24). The separator element has a deformability greater than that of the cast of concrete (16). The dissipator elements (14, and/or 15, and/or 25) are anchored to the support element (22, 24) and/or to said cast of concrete (16). |
