PURPOSE: A producing method of jelly using Japanese apricot juice is provided to heat a mixed solution containing the Japanese apricot juice and fluorine for producing the jelly. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of jelly using Japanese apricot juice comprises the following steps: mixing 1kg of green Japanese apricot with 300-500g of sugar, and storing the mixture for 3 months at room temperature; filtering residues and seeds from the fermented Japanese apricot; mixing the fermented Japanese apricot liquid with sodium fluoride to make the fluoride content of the mixture into 0.8ppm, and heating the mixture at 100 deg C for 24 hours; and cutting the concentrated Japanese apricot mixture into a caramel size, and packaging in a paper box. The Japanese apricot liquid additional includes 170g of polyglutamic acid. |
