A ballast water treatment system for a ship is disclosed. The ballast water treatment system for a ship comprises the followings: an ozone bubble unit for producing bubbles using ozone, installed on the inside of a conduit for ballast water; a seawater supplying flow path which is a separate line without being branched from the conduit and supplies seawater into the ozone bubble unit by being connected to one side of the ozone bubble unit; and a seawater pumping unit pumping the seawater into the ozone bubble unit by being installed on the seawater supplying flow path.
