摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a hierarchical structure of graphene-carbon nanotubes and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a method for growing to carbon nanotubes having the hierarchical structure by adding metal nanoparticles on graphene. The present invention is able to produce carbon nanotubes of the hierarchical structure in which a specific surface area is increased as compared to the existing carbon nanotubes and is able to obtain a carbon nanotube structure which is metal-functionalized according to a metal precursor. Additionally, the present invention is able to manufacture carbon nanotubes in an environment-friendly method by using microwaves.
