A method and a device for transmitting and receiving data in a wireless communication system are disclosed in the present invention. The method comprises a step of enabling a relay node to receive a relay-physical downlink control channel (R-PDCCH) including indication information related to second antenna port information and a second scramble ID from a base station using first scramble identity (ID) and first antenna port information and a step of enabling the relay node to receive a downlink data channel from the base station. A first downlink data channel area assigned at a part of resource blocks in which the relay-physical downlink control channel of the downlink data channels is assigned receives data using the first antenna port and the first scramble ID, and a second downlink data channel area assigned at an external area of the resource block assigned at the relay receives the data using the indication information.
