A device for unbinding a corrugated pipe according to the present invention includes a support plate located on the ground; a circular rotary plate formed on the support plate to be able to rotate; and a winding rod stood on the center of the rotary plate and on which the corrugated pipe is wound. The present invention enables the corrugated pipe of various lengths to be wound and has excellent movability as it can be moved while a volume is reduced through assembly and disassembly of partial components.
