An automatic attaching die for cutting a coverlay film according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a punch support part having a punch protruding on the top thereof; a first movement member placed on the top of the punch support part and having a first punch movement hole penetrated by the punch; a second movement member placed on the top of the first movement member and having a second punch movement hole penetrated by the punch; and an elastic body placed between the first movement member and the punch support part to exert a force on the first movement member toward the second movement member if the second movement member presses the first movement member. The adhesive of the coverlay film is discharged if the coverlay film having the adhesive applied thereto is arranged between the first movement member and the second movement member and is cut because a discharge groove for discharging the adhesive is formed on the outer surface of the punch. The automatic attaching die for cutting a coverlay film according to the present invention cuts the coverlay film having the adhesive applied to one surface thereof and the die, which are not attached to each other. And the automatic attaching die for cutting a coverlay film can repeat cutting by discharging the adhesive, which is generated during cutting, through the discharge groove formed on the punch. |
