The present invention provides a capacitive moisture detecting device of a simple configuration capable of precisely detecting the state of implantation without installing a dummy electrode. For the same, the present invention is a capacitive moisture detecting device which detects a change in capacitance according to a rate or the state of the moisture of ambient environments and which obtains first and second electrodes arranged to face each other; a capacitive sensor of which the capacitance is changed according to the rate or the state of the moisture between the first and second electrodes; a driving unit which applies AC signals to the capacitive sensor; and a determining unit which detects on or off detecting signals by performing binarization according to the intensity of an output voltage of the capacitive sensor. For example, the capacitive sensor is connected to the output of the driving unit and the input and the voltage, and the determining unit performs the binarization by comparing the intensity of the output voltage of the capacitance sensor and a preset threshold. |
