PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an operating device of a vehicular automatic transmission by fitting an operating knob to the upper end of a lever in the state of the center axis of the operating knob being inclined so that the driver's seat side end part is placed more at the body front part and higher than a horizontal axis in the body width direction in the top view. CONSTITUTION:An operating knob part 20 is fitted to an operating lever 18 in the state of the center axis X of the operating knob part 20 being inclined so that the driver's seat side end part, that is, the right end part, is placed more at the body front part than a horizontal axis H in the top view and that the driver's seat side end part is placed higher than the horizontal axis H in the top view. With this constitution, a driver D does not have to change his position of gripping the operating knob part 20 in association with the operation of the operating lever 18, so that operation can be performed in a natural position. |
