PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that refuse such as hair flowing together with drainage entwines an installation part to a drain port of a draining perforated plate or a handle part, to centrally collect it in a collection part, and to make the collected refuse easy to be removed when cleaning the draining perforated plate. SOLUTION: This draining perforated plate 1 includes the collection part 2 of the refuse and a flange part 3 formed around the collection part 2, the handle part 4 is formed such that the handle part 4 rises upward from the flange part 3, the handle part 4 is formed in a nearly trapezoidal shape in a front view, a groove 25 wherein a perpendicular section is curved is formed over a full width of the handle part 4 in a peripheral face 24 in a rising part 20 of the handle part 4 nearly horizontally along the peripheral face 24, the refuse such as the hair flowing together with the drainage flows out laterally from the groove 25, is guided to the collection part 2, ascends along the groove 25 together with the drainage, flows out laterally from the handle part 4, and is guided to the collection part 2.
