PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to apply over the whole range of a farm field even when the amount of application varies to be large and small. SOLUTION: In an apparatus for applying a power and granular material, a lateral pair of tanks 10 for holding a powder and granular material is provided at a riding travel machine body having a riding seat 7, delivery rolls 20a, 20b, 20c for delivering the powder and granular material in the tanks 10 downward to an aeration cylinder 30 by rotating around the center of a shaft in lateral directions are provided below each of the lateral tanks 10, 10, a first spray pipe 13 is connected to the aeration cylinder 30 and a second spray pipe 14 is connected to the first spray pipe 13 to be freely swingable through a bellows pipe 40. In the apparatus, spray ports 32, 50 are provided at the first spray pipe 13 and the second spray pipe 14, and impact plates 33, 51 for guiding the powder and granular material delivered by jet air flow acting to a part of the transported powder and granular material toward the center of the machine body are provided at the spray ports 32, 50, while the heights of their actions are brought to be adjustable.
