PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supply device capable of suppressing fluctuation of a hot water supply temperature in hot water filling by controlling an existing hot water filling mixing valve without additionally installing a flow control valve. SOLUTION: In this hot water supply device 1, the fluctuation of hot water supply temperature can be suppressed in comparison with a case when hot water filling is started in a state that an opening of a hot water filling mixing valve 71 is kept to be an opening necessary for supplying hot water of a target temperature, by performing hot water filling in a state that the hot water filling mixing valve 71 has an initial opening. Further, as instantaneous fluctuation of an amount of hot water or water for hot water supply can be suppressed by closing a hot water filling solenoid valve 61 after the opening of the hot water filling mixing valve 71 reaches a terminal opening, the fluctuation of hot water supply temperature can be also suppressed. A control section changes the terminal opening on the basis of at least one of a detected flow of a hot water supply flow sensor 43, a detected temperature of a tank temperature sensor 44, and a target temperature.
