air-interlacing the monofilament between the first godet roller and the second godet roller at the temp. of 150-200 deg.C and at a proper air-pressure, cooling it with cooled air of temp. of 10-20 deg.C and pressure of 0.5-1.0 kg/cm2 between the second godet roller and a winder, and winding. This method solves the problem of reduced crimp rate caused by crimp dissipation of filament caused by its being wound in incomplete cooled state and occurring frequently in conventional methods.
