The macro-microporous filter comprises a multi-layer, semi-rigid and/or flexible laminate comprising four layers. The first layer is not in contact with a sample and water- and air-tight. The second layer is placed immediately under the first layer, comprises microporous aperture of 0.45 mu m, and/or does not allow the passage of individual bacterial cells. The third layer is placed immediately under the second layer, and/or does not allowing the passage of particles of dimensions of higher than 500 mu m. The fourth microporous layer is placed immediately under the third layer. The macro-microporous filter comprises a multi-layer, semi-rigid and/or flexible laminate comprising four layers. The first layer is not in contact with a sample and water- and air-tight. The second layer is placed immediately under the first layer, comprises microporous aperture of 0.45 mu m, and/or does not allow the passage of individual bacterial cells. The third layer is placed immediately under the second layer, comprises a macroporous aperture of 70 mu m, and/or does not allowing the passage of particles of dimensions of higher than 500 mu m. The fourth microporous layer is placed immediately under the third layer, and watertight. The first, second and fourth layers are designed retractable lids so as to withdraw them at proper time. The third layer is left alone when the first, second and fourth layers are withdrawn in this respective order. An independent claim is included for a tray for sampling a superimposed macro-microporous filter. |
